点评：In my opinion, the resort is a bit overpriced in comparison to the services and facilities available. Welcome drink (Tea) was served to us a whole hour after we checked in. There are not enough lights, both inside and outside the rooms, causing the resort premises to be dim. Lastly, we expected a good variety of food items for breakfast and dinner, but surprisingly, there were only a few options available. The staffs were taking too long to respond and fulfill the necessary requirements. The telephone was not working in our room and it was not fixed throughout our stay of 1 night.
The only thing that saved the stay was the view. The waterfalls looked breathtaking from the resort and the environment was serene and pleasant.
My suggestion would be to increase the number of staffs so that the service gets more efficient and quick. Besides, the location and view are perfect for tourists to visit.
