Awful hotel and shocking service!
莱昂纳多达芬奇酒店的点评
点评：Definitely not a 4 star - 2 star at best.
Food- salad that’s been used 3/4 days in a row! Nothing fresh. Nothing really Italian about the food either, they may chuck in a lasagna now and then. Better going out in Limone and eating.
Rooms- dated is an understatement! Air-con doesn’t work! Our room which was 3110 had an ants nest in the bathroom ( and I don’t mean one or 2 ants) went to reception 3 times and was told it would get sorted. The cleaner couldn’t care less! That lady needs to find a new job as her attitude was horrendous. On the 4 time of going to reception I was handed a can of insect spray and told to use it myself! Walls are extremely thin so get ready to hear everything happening elsewhere. The hotel doesn’t offer any ironing facilities how ridiculous.
All inclusive- cheap wine! Plenty of sprits tbf and all self service.
Location - amazing. Limone itself is beautiful and the beach of great.
