点评：We saved this restaurant visit for our final evening in Jerez, as a treat. The location and ambience led us to believe this would be a special evening.
The experience was one of disarray. The place was quiet but the staff appeared over-stretched (two junior staff doing their level best whilst the maitre D appeared to do little to support them!
Only one wine glass was brought, no opportunity to taste wine, had to ask for ice bucket. Basic things for a supposedly decent restaurant.
The food was okay but a very limited choice, small portions and main courses basic without accompaniments. We were charged an additional €12 for bread (no butter!!). We decided to leave and went for pudding and coffee in town!
We raised our concerns with the manager who appeared disinterested. We complained at the hotel reception as we left. The member of staff smiled and apologised but made no attempt to raise the matter with a senior manager.
