点评:I book a table on sunday 4th May with my family for a celebration. We have been here a few times before as really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food is amazing. However this was not the case this time as the evening started with bring given our menus at the front door and pointed towards where our table was which was a first considering that it wasn't very busy. Our table was quite small for 4 people but we persevered we were then served by a waiter called Harley who right from the get go we had to repeat our order as clearly he wasn't listening. My husband was driving so he ordered a shandy but when it arrived it was a straight beer whichni had to take back and ask again for a shandy. The food finally arrived again not right we ordered 2 sides of onion rings instead we had 2 onion rings on plate we asked where the sides were and he said oh sorry ill see what I can do. 2 things that need addressing with this young man is get him to buy a belt as he was constantly pulling up his trousers tbh I didn't like staring at his pants. Seconding teach him not to lean over people's food when serving them! We were staring to get disheartened as we have enjoyed coming here many occasions but we were thinking of not coming any more as the service was bad. But..... all of a sudden after out meals we were served by another waitress called Lauren who was lovely she has apprently been thrown in at the deep end as our waiter had dissapeared so we waited ages for anyone to come back. We finally got our bill but it was wrong as we had been charged for 2 sides of onion rings which never happened but Lauren was king enough to rectify this. She is an asset to your company.
