Absolute disgrace @ Westfield’s St Helens

点评：Well what can I say !!! Westfields staff have not disappointed once again !!!
Every single time we have visited this place there is something where the staff have either been rude , disrespectful , or no consideration to the customers that pay their wages !
Every time we visit an incident will occur and we say never again and then change our minds on the next visit and say oh go on give them another chance- well I suppose there’s only so much of that you can do !
All I can say is avoid this place like the plague - this was always a really busy late night bar , packed to the brim and played good tunes !
How times have changed, the bar tonight had about 10 people in at the peak time where you would think it would be packed out …. Well No surprise there from the last few experiences we have had and if others are experiencing the same then it’s time the bar had an overall- so very disappointing and if this was my bar I would seriously be looking at the reasons why it isn’t busy when it could be an absolute goldmine on one of the main streets in St Helens ?
Happy to take money off customers but not one ounce of respect for them
