点评:If I could give it no stars, I would.due to the attitude of the manager. Total ned! Other staff were lovely, however when we were waiting to be seated, we were ignored. Would have been nice to get acknowledged. It only went downhill after that. Waited more than 50 minutes for a burger and a wrap. I asked if the burger would be big enough for my 10 years old to share as it was nearly £15 and was told yes.
The drinks were brought over half an hour before we got our food. When it did come, we were starving and the portions are very small. My wrap was £7 which was fine but there wasn't much more to the burger at over £14.
When I went to pay, I didn't leave a tip as the electronic payment method asks if u want to so I told the waitress we had waited 50 minutes and that I felt the portion sizes were very small especially the burger Special. That was all I said. I didn't complain.. I basically passed on my comments. They waitess walked away so I sat and waited on my receipt as I assumed she was getting it. We sat for a few minutes and another member of staff asked if we were finishing up. I explained yes and that I was just waiting on my receipt. She went to get it and that's when the manager marched up with a stinking attitude. She said. . OK what's the problem?? I said no problem, I just commented to the waitress why I wasn't leaving a tip.. to which she butted in and said I didn't need to explain not leaving a tip. I told her we waited 50 minutes and the portions were fairly small and overpriced. She started arguing saying the staff were busy and oing their best and the special is only pennies dearer than a normal burger. Not sure why this is relevant as i still felt it was overpriced. And then something about me not waiting 50 minutes. I said I did wait 50 minutes and asked why she had such an attitude. She said she didn't.. but my goodness she did. It was very uncomfortable and my children had to sit and witness this. She then asked what did I want..a discount? I said no, just my receipt so I could get out of there. In between all of this, my children also witnessed the female chef eating while preparing food ..it really says it all.
I would have perhaps revisited had it not been for how the manager spoke to me. I didn't even ask for the manager. So if you wait 50 min for a burger and a chicken wrap and pay £30 for the privilege, don't dare say a word to your waitress after paying or you'll get a dressing down by a major ned head who shouldn't be working in customer service. Absolute vile women.
