Above & Beyond - The Best IHG I Have Ever Stayed In
桑德兰市中心假日酒店的点评
点评：From the moment I arrived until I left, nothing was too much trouble.
From the super friendly check in with Ashley to location advice of the area from Kieran later that day.
My king size room was absolutely spotless, the size of a suite with free soft drinks & a chocolate bar.
This is down to the lovely Zanetta who was part of the housekeeping team.
Again friendly and welcoming when I met her by the lift.
On returning on my first night, I was again welcomed by the lovely Ashley.
Nothing is too much trouble for her, and she’s always smiling.
Checking out this morning I was greeted by Ashley again, alongside her colleague Lynn.
Whom like everyone one else warm, friendly and helpful.
I had a problem with my suitcase, which Lynn quickly resolved by contacting the maintenance team.
Within 10 minutes John had worked his magic and ‘ta dah’ all fixed.
This is a fairly new hotel which is well maintained and in a great location to all amenities.
What makes Holiday Inn Sunderland so special, is its staff.
These people are ‘priceless’ - staff can make or break a company.
These are your assets IHG.
