Beware: room door locks & "airport shuttle"
吞恩奥斯陆机场酒店的点评
点评：1) No mention at check in about this "minor" detail, but I discovered the morning after my first night that the room door does NOT automatically lock when closed. I have travelled to over forty countries and stayed in hotels in most of them, and had never had an electronic door lock that required a specific action to lock it. In this case the default is unlocked, and the key card must be used to lock the door from the outside. I never bothered to find out how to lock the door from the inside (stayed only one night) but I suspect that the door remained unlocked overnight.
2) At check in I had asked about airport shuttle service and was told that the shuttle starts at 6:10 am and operates every thirty minutes thereafter. However, not said was that the so-called airport shuttle was a city bus which was already standing room only upon arrival at the hotel. There were so many hotel guests waiting to board that I immediately arranged for an Uber, which arrived and departed before the city bus departed.
