点评：The restaurant itself is located in a very old building with charm to boot.
The waitress was very helpful and professional, and was able to have some fun short conversations between ordering.
The entire wait staff seemed very efficient, helpful and professional, with each having their assigned duties and doing them well. The waitress handling orders knew the entire menu front side to back and was very helpful in accommodating special requests for food and drinks, and handling it all with a smile.
The Scampi entree was great, the Scampi being perfect and the rest of the dish complimenting it very well.
The complimentary bread was also very good and the aioli as well.
The halibut was prepared very well and the entire dish was balanced well with all the elements complimenting each other.
The inner filet was perfectly cooked to my preference and the garlic butter on top fit great. All the sides fit well with the meat and the entire dish was quite satisfactory. I will say they did not serve the dish with proper steak knives, which is something they should fix as it makes things much easier to cut.
The water was also served with no ice cubes in it, which is a minor mistake many restaurants make.
The strawberry tart desert was tasty and fresh, with perfectly ripe strawberries and well made pastry.
The Moscow mule was very well made and the best I've had in a while. Though I did get them to use a more premium vodka than they normally do.
The espresso martini was surprisingly tasty as well, and had a nice sweet taste to it to finish off the meal.
I did also end up trying the raspberry beer from a local brewery, and while I do not know exactly what to say about that one, I didn't hate it, but super acidic fruit beers like these are not my favorite. Trying a new local production is never a bad thing though.
As a whole a great experience with professional welcoming staff and very well prepared food.
Most definitely a place I will be happy to go back to in the future.
