点评：Planned on taking my family to an alternate cafe for brunch today, but when we got there they were packed!! So we moved on to Dome Cafe at Warwick as our second choice.
Our preconceptions of the Dome Cafes is that their food is over-priced for what you get. And this was our takeaway after visiting today.
Dome was very busy, so clearly a popular destination. We were able to grab one of the few tables that remained and placed our order. Staff member advised that there was a 15-20 minute wait on drinks; understandable, given how busy it was - and thank you staff member for letting me know. Commendable service.
Provision of drinks - tea, coffee, thick shake - did take about 20 minutes. But no concerns with these drinks. They were all as expected.
(Hats tipped to the barista - who worked non-stop the whole time we were there).
Meals arrived about 25 minutes after order. Nice waffles, but very heavy on sugar (diabetes guaranteed). Fruit toast was a little dry.
While we enjoyed the waffles and fruit toast, we do think they are over-priced.
Busy place, so completely understand the time taken for our order to be filled. Food and drinks were fine, just a little pricey.
