点评:Stayed 4 nights for the golf tournament recently. Don't like the idea of being responsible for booking housekeeping directly with the front desk. During check in wasn't briefed on the protocol, first day no housekeeping. Second day thought I booked it properly in person at the front desk - Only got towels and garbages done. Ok third day I got the breakdown, needs to be before 9 am - Got a full housekeeping. 4th day I forgot my duties and got nothing. The fresh coffee in the room they couldn't remember to re-stock it. One time the front desk told me they didn't know where it was. Breakfast quality was poor, no protein, coffee is not decent. I feel the room was nice and quiet and the hotel was nice overall - But they need to offer a more helpful housekeeping protocol and not make it the sole responsibility of the guest. Secondly the staff need more training and quality control. Thirdly, get the breakfast and coffee sorted out it's pretty sad. We ate breakfast in town 3/4 days instead. Not meeting the basic Hilton hospitality standards.
