点评：Our friend organised a New Years Eve meal for our party of nine. The reservation was made online, then confirmed with a personal visit a couple of days before. When we arrived at our booked time of 7pm, we found the restaurant completely full. It was also obvious that most tables were waiting to be served. We were told it would be 30 minutes. There was nowhere to sit so we stood to wait. We were offered drinks, so the one star rating covers that. After approximately 50 minutes we were seated and given menus. Another 30+ minutes passed and still no one took an order. At this point, nearly 90 minutes after our booked time, we decided to leave. A member of staff tried to persuade us to stay but there was no apology! From what we saw, we weren’t the only customers with complaints about the service. The place was clearly understaffed and over booked, resulting in a total shambles. Thanks to Karma for ruining our evening. I recommend avoiding this place.
