点评：Having visited a few times for coffee over the past 18 months, expected the usual coffee standard and drove 6km for the coffees. However, both flat whites on this occasion were discarded as undrinkable. We didn’t return the undrinkable coffees to request a refund because the service we received upon purchasing the order was a little unpleasant at best and as we were celebrating a birthday we didn’t want to further ruin our morning by raising a complaint with an already unpleasant service experience upon purchasing the coffees.
Won’t return again to The Shack due to the disappointing service and undrinkable flat white coffees purchased on 09/04/2023. I was first in queue to place an order and this was around 9:10am happily awaiting the business to open even though the advertised opening hours stated 9:00am online. The barista was not only unpleasant (possibly due to a customer queue) but served us 2 undrinkable flat whites (one with oat milk) that we both later discarded upon tasting. Both flat whites weren’t even a similar volume of contents with one a quarter of a cup less contents - which is just sloppy as both were flat whites.. Unfortunately the undrinkable coffee on this occasion means we won’t return.
