点评：Visited on a beautiful sunny day while on holiday. The walled garden was buzzing and overall a lovely atmosphere. The food was very well executed and tasty and had plenty of options to suit vegetarians. In particular the Arancini were wonderful as was the pulled pork tacos that another of our party had. This was accompanied by a lovely glass of Rose wine which was reasonably priced.
The service here is exceptional with training of a very high standard. friendly, helpful and staff members all round from our greeting on arrival. We had a look around the garden after our meal and at the newly added O Donoghues Bar - all great additions to the Portfolio. It goes without saying that this is an excellent venue for anyone with an interest in horse racing and all of the local history on this subject. Well done to all !
