点评:A friend and I landed in here on a Thursday night, coming from the ferry port in Rosslare. It was already 8.45pm and, honestly, we didn’t have much hope at being admitted for dinner at that late time. However, we met the manager? owner? at the door, and on hearing there were only two of us, he welcomed us in and found us a table despite the entire restaurant being full of diners. The tables on either side of us seemed to have been taken by locals, and we were immediately involved in friendly banter as Tipp had won the hurling final not long before, my friend with his Cork accent was jokingly commiserated with as Cork had lost, and I’m from Kerry who had won the football final the previous weekend. Of course, then I had to spoil it all by asking for a glass of Murphy’s which was not on tap in this Tipp hostelry, and my order caused great mirth from those around us. I settled for a very tasty Guinness whilst trying to decide which of the many delicious sounding options on their evening menu to go for. My friend ordered a chicken stir-fry he was very happy with, and I went for a “sharing starter” (which I had no intention of sharing with anyone!) of fabulous baked Ardsallagh goats cheese with plenty of toasted ciabatta. It made a decent-sized main course for me.
We not only enjoyed our food but also the bustling, friendly atmosphere in the Cellar Bar with its prompt, personal service and would be happy to revisit this restaurant when next in Cashel.

我们不仅喜欢这里的美食,也喜欢地窖酒吧热闹友好的氛围和快捷个性化的服务,下次来卡舍尔,我们很乐意再次光顾这家餐厅。
