点评：1st time ever to leave a review on anything... i was recently in this premises for a family meal. Only made aware of a 10% Service charge that gets added to bill after you eat and only told when ready to pay. If you have more than 5x guests, there is a charge. Absolute joke and scam. Went there with 4x adults and 2x young children. Went in and we were the only customers in the whole premises at 5.30pm. They had, from what I could see was 5x staff in the premises working out front and inside kitchen hatch.
My 5yr old each chips and nuggets for his main and garlic bread as starter... doubt that was putting stress on kitchen staff or the 3x waiters watching us 6x eat.
As we left there was 4x customers in that had just sat in to eat... disappointing that's was roughly €190 meal at 5.30pm mid week would get fleeced up to €213.
The food was amazing and presentation was top class but the 10% service charge was, as we were leaving was a scam. Obviously we had to pay for the lack of no other customers i. Order to get the staff paid... I always leave a tip... always.... but a self imposed secret 10% shake down with a 5yr old and 8yr old in attendance eating nuggets isn't right
It was also never stated when booking was made.
