点评：HENNY SWAN disapointment!!! Along with several other people (some with children) who arrived around 10.30 today thinking we could launch at 11 am we were turned away or told we had to wait until 12pm when the bar opened to launch on the river. We asked if we could pay in advance but again told we couldn’t. We were also informed of the hassle it is for the Henny Swan having so many people use the launch site and take up car parking spaces when patrons who wanted a meal had nowhere to park. I found this strange as the idea is you pay for a token and then use the token at the HENNY SWAN after on food and drinks. The HENNY SWAN representative’s we all spoke to was not interested in the fact we had blown our boards up and we very reasonable and apologetic we got the time wrong. She also told us quite nonchalantly we would have to wait the 1.5 hours. I have been using the HENNY SWAN for years but they will no longer be receiving my custom. I was also welcomed to leave a negative review which I also found rude. It really wouldn’t have hurt to take our money on this one occasion early but instead we had to deflate our boards and go elsewhere. Not great customer service.
