Absolutely Shocking, I will never buy from here again

点评：Well, I bought my wife's engagement ring from here almost 5 years ago. Within the first 6 weeks, a stone fell out and I took it back because it was a recent purchase they repaired it for free. I took it back almost 2 weeks ago as again 2 very small diamonds have fallen out again. It has taken a ridiculous length of time to get a quote, but today I got a call to be told an extremely unrealistic price. So I declined. The concern and my warning to anyone who is thinking of making a purchase is the lady who called me said " The thing is, this will keep happening because the ring is worn and this type of ring so this will properly keep happening" So basically my wife needs to stop wearing her engagement ring and it will be fine. My question is if this is the problem with this specific ring why didn't you tell me that when I bought it 5 years ago? Of course, you wanted my money then. This was a complete rip-off, this type of ring is supposed to last a lifetime, not less than 5 years. I have now found another Jeweler who has sold me a stunning ring, half the price of what they wanted to charge to repair the one they sold me, and it has a substantial guarantee yes I have to wait a few days as my wife size is particularly small but a few days I'm ok with seeing as I have had to wait over 2 weeks for a quote from here. I also asked out of curiosity how much the ring was worth. I was told they would give me £30 as they would just melt it down. WOW, I paid a substantial amount of money for this and this is their return. They said they would give me a good deal on a ring if I bought another from them. Absolutely NOT. I have spent a lot of money previously in this jewelers, I can assure you I will never spend another penny. To whoever reads this, please please think before handing your money over to this business. Completely disgusted!!!
