点评:Great stay at this Hotel, the same team looked after out breakfast all week until the last morning! 19th.
Breakfast was not the same standard, and the service certainly wasn’t.
I watched a young lady query the freshness of the orange juice! Which she described as fizzy! I then tasted my husband’s and it was definitely starting to ferment. The male waiter did get the chef to check it and it was changed.
He did not inform others not to drink it. Or take a fresh glass to the customer who alerted them to the issue.
After fantastic service all week! I was appalled.
I took this young lady a fresh glass which she drank and enjoyed.
The fermented one was left on her table until the left.
Very poor customer service by this team of people.
I sorry to have to mention this incident but it needs to be addressed as this team are letting the side down badly.
My review would have been 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if this incident had been dealt with in the correct manner.
