Urban Restaurant的点评
点评：Had previously visited in 2023 and had a lovely experience at Urban. Unfortunately things have gone totally downhill. We rang ahead to see if we could book a table and let them know we would have 2 prams with us. We were told no issue at all and were booked in.
The issue started as soon as we arrived - the lady working the door (who was not in uniform so I can only assume is a supervisor) had a horrendous attitude and is definitely in the wrong job. There was no welcome at all, then she abruptly said ‘WHAT’ to our party when a member tried to explain that we had rang and spoke to staff etc & got booked in. she then gave not one, but two, full scowls/glares to our prams!!
She then proceeded to look stressed while looking around the restaurant for a table for us. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy at this stage - lots of free tables and staff sitting at the first table at the door (I assume on break, but the place wasn’t overly busy & tables were free).
We then got seated and were all horrified by this experience. We were so taken aback by this at the door that we didn’t say anything at the time. We asked for a few minutes to order drinks as we checked if anywhere else had availability as we now totally begrudged giving this establishment any of our hard earned money.
Once we settled, we decided we would forget that welcome and give it a fresh start. Things didn’t really improve unfortunately. All of the staff in this place look like they would rather be anywhere else, service is really poor in general.
Credit where it’s due, the only positive interaction we had was with the server running the food (black tshirt, possibly a supervisor).
The food was grand, no complaints but nothing to write home about.
Unfortunately we will never be back.

然后她开始在餐厅里四处找位子给我们坐。餐厅当时还不是很忙——有很多空位，工作人员坐在门口的第一张桌子上（我猜是在休息，但餐厅不是很忙，而且有空位）。
我们坐下后，都被这段经历吓坏了。门口那一幕让我们惊呆了，当时什么也没说。我们要求几分钟时间点饮料，同时看看其他地方还有没有空位，因为我们现在真的舍不得把辛苦赚来的钱花在这家餐厅了。
坐下后，我们决定忘掉那段欢迎仪式，重新开始。可惜的是，情况并没有真正改善。这家店的所有员工看起来都宁愿去别的地方，服务总体来说很差。
值得称赞的是，我们唯一一次积极的互动是和负责上菜的服务员（穿着黑色T恤，可能是主管）。
食物很棒，没什么可抱怨的，但也没什么值得大书特书的。
可惜我们再也不会来了。
