Coffee#1 Carmarthen的点评
点评：The atmosphere is lovely, feels like a nice and comfortable place to have your coffee/snacks. There is an upstairs also, which many don’t seem aware of as it’s always empty up there. I like the feel, love the selection of snacks eg pastries/chocolate treats. So it’s worth a visit. However, the staff are not great. They are quite rude and short tempered. The person I met for coffee there came back from the counter saying he would never come back as they had experienced the rudest service. I had already had a mistake in my order happen, and when I went back up to explain this I was met with a half hearted attitude, when I seemed surprised at this there was a clear passive aggressive quick change in attitude. But I didn’t do anything further, I just accepted the mistake because i didn’t want the fuss. I must add the crockery isn’t as clean as it could be either. All this aside, if you take the staff out of the equation, it’s a great place feel, nice location, great deco, great tasting drinks and snacks
