点评：Can't really call it fast food. Waited approximately 20 minutes on click and collect via app. Customer service wasn't really evident, a smile and a hello goes a long way. I understand its a pressured environment I've worked in hospitality, but not 1 member of staff smiling or interacting with customers.
I'm all for recycling, but cardboard knives and forks are a joke. I only had a grilled chicken salad, and they were bent & unusable in seconds just trying to cut lettuce, couldnt cut chicken, onion, tomato or cucumber. Went back to the counter to get another one. Ignored for quite some time, when I did get a staff members attention after several minutes, having been ignored by many, who wouldn't make eye contact, was given several, so they must get asked a lot for extra a lot, still no smile, apology, actually no words at all. Chips and chicken were cold. It wasn't busy and loads of staff working so not unreasonable to expect hot, fast food, and a friendly smile.
