点评：Ordered at half 6 On Valentine’s Day and it never arrived. I asked for an update when it was late and was told 8:25, 8:30 came and still no food so I rung the restaurant for them to tell me they are really busy and on there way. 9:30 comes and still haven’t arrived so rang again with no answer so I kept trying and got through at 9:50 to be told it’s on its way. That was another lie. I contacted just eat and got a refund and we decided to go bed as Valentine’s Day was over and ruined. We are asleep and we get a phone call at 11:35 and it’s the restaurant saying it’s gonna be another 10 minutes. Why would I want to eat a dinner I ordered 5 hours ago. The guy on the phone kept apologising and saying we can have it for free but like I mentioned it was 11:35 and we was already asleep. We got our refund but still so angry with the service.
