点评：Visited while on holiday in North Wales - it's a pretty place set off the road and beside a stream where you can enjoy a drink or your meal if the weather's favourable. Inside there is a large bar area and another dining room (there may even be two) so it's quiet and uncrowded.
The menu is quite extensive and we enjoyed seabass and trout - servings are generous and vegetables come separately so you can help yourself. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the vegetables hot and flavourful - the boiled potatoes were gorgeous! We managed to find room for dessert, the Black Forest Gateau being especially good. There is no hurry here - you have your table for the whole of the evening, not just a couple of hours till the next sitting.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and even offered constructive and knowledgeable suggestions of where we might like to visit during the rest of our holiday (and they were spot-on, too!).
