点评：My husband and I visited Uncle Sam’s twice during our stay in the area. We had to try the Bake N Shark. The bake (bun) was soft and was a great platform for the thin sliced shark. The shark was battered and fried, delicious! There is a reason there is always a crowd here!! The $2.00 Trinidad beer was tasty as well. You place your order then get I line to pick it up fresh, you then move to another station where there was a variety of condiments and toppings. We were told to put the thin sliced pineapple on top for added flavor. There was also coleslaw, cucumbers, tomatoes and don’t miss the garlic sauce, it packs a punch but was so good!! The second time we ate there we got the shrimp and fries. Large prawns lightly battered and fried with a large side of fries. Wonderful!! The soca music is loud but not bad if you are picking up and going across to the beach. If you stay to eat in the evening you can expect it to be loud and vibrant!! Fun people watching!
