点评：Very disappointed in De La Cruz,
This is the 3rd time in the last year my husband and I have walked out due to lack of service. Went there yesterday 3-25-23 and
sat at our table for 20 minutes and no one ever came over to bring us water, chips or even to say they would be with us shortly.
The patio tables were mostly full and we noticed no one had any food. Last time we were there same thing although after about
20 mins they did take our order. 30 minutes later still waiting for food so we asked our watress for some more water and chips.
She rudely told us she was busy and she would get them when she had time. Also told us there would be $4.50 charge for more
chips. Geez seems like if your customers are waiting forever for their food they could at least bring another basket of chips at
no charge, so we left. Prior to that visit same thing never even acknowledged we were sitting there. We live in the area and would
like to frequent our local business but De La Cruz will not be getting our business again. I know businesses are short staffed but
then don't seat your restaurant to full capacity. I would much rather we turned away at the door due to lack of staff than sit there
and wait forever to be served. Very poor management in my opinion coupled with a lot of lazyass abnoxious servers. Don't go there!!
