Lovely canyon, aging resort
Gold Canyon Resort - Sidewinder Golf Course的点评
点评：The Gold Canyon Resort is, from all appearances, an old property. The hotel room was dated in fixtures, tile work, and appliances. Our electricity when out twice before the front desk had use move room; we moved to a larger suite. Oddly the front desk clerk assured me that we would, “not need to pay more the larger room.” WOW – I would expect to be comped somewhat for having to more – but no.
The modest size clean pool was not heated, which made it unusable in March. The pool bar was closed. A short walk away, one could get a $10 glass of wine or $14 call cocktail. Nice servers upstairs in the bar.
The property is great for a morning hike or golf. If you are with kids, you might consider a resort with a better pool. Not worth the price.
