点评：Arrived for 6pm dinner reservation with two other couples to celebrate a birthday. We were told our table was in the outer room, while others occupied tables inside. After 15 minutes, I had to go to the kitchen to ask for wine glasses and water, which were brought to us. Another fairly lengthy (15-20 minutes?) wait before our order was taken. 1 hour and 45 minutes after arriving we were served our meal! During this time, another group (3?) was seated inside, placed their order, ate their meal and left the restaurant.
There was no one else seated in the outer room except us and there are only 4-5 smaller tables (2 - 4 persons) inside, so it is not like the kitchen was run off their feet with orders.
I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service with the waitstaff, who replied with an unsympathetic "Sorry" and "I will report it".
Given that we have frequented this restaurant numerous times in the past, It was very disappointing and probably one of the worst service I have experienced at any restaurant.
I should say the food was as good as we expected, from previous visits, but not worth such a lengthy wait. Not likely to return.
