点评：Very disappointing. The place was deserted when I got there at noon on a weekday, and now I know why. The only person out front seemed bothered to have to seat me, and was uncommunicative throughout. The restroom had trash all over the floor from a bin that looked like it had not been emptied for a week. I almost left, wondering if the public restroom looked like that, what kind of state the kitchen would be in. However, I had to be somewhere soon and was craving Indian food, so I stayed and ordered lamb curry.
The food was not bad, but any chance of a nice lunch was ruined by the loud speaker phone conversation between the man who served me (I am guessing owner/manager) and a woman on the speaker phone. I could hear every word they both said. He was about 10 feet from my table at the register, and the conversation went on and on as I finished my food quickly to get out of there.
He never looked to see if I needed anything and did not even pause the speaker phone conversation when I went up to the register to pay and get out of there. First time for an experience like this in a restaurant, and it was especially weird in Maine, where most people bend over backwards to be nice
I would give one dot, but the rice was excellent and the curry not bad. Maybe a woman dining alone did not merit any respect on his part. Sad.
