Hollies Tea Room的点评
点评：This was our third time to this little Cafe at this Garden Centre.
And boy the waiting time, was very disappointing.
We arrived we ordered our lunch
and we waited and waited and waited.
Waiting now 35 minute for
1 Prawn Sandwich
1 Cheese and Chutney Panini
they finally arrived.
Can I add it was not busy, just a steady flow of Customers.
The Prawn sandwich consisted of very plump but just defrosted prawns with very wet watery sauce !!!!!
Was not expecting that. Very tasteless
The Panini on first look was so oily I had to wipe both halves down leaving an oil slick to the napkin.
After paying over £20 for both with a can of Coke each, we were left deflated and dissatisfied tbh.
Our other visits here to Hollies Tea room, they have been very pleasing indeed. That’s why our return’s.
We did notice however, that there has been Staff Member changes, before most of them were mature ladies with a handful of young ladies preparing and serving.
This time round 2 young men preparing the food without any interest as they consistently kept leaving the Tea room to venture outside, what for? Who knows, that’s why the delay on food not arriving promptly I guess.
Can’t fault the 2 young waitress as they profusely apologised to Customers for the delays on food orders.
Very sad to see when something works well, management has to make changes.
Will we go here again? Yes but check who’s cooking first.

这次是两个年轻男性在毫无兴趣地准备食物，因为他们总是离开茶室去外面冒险，为什么呢？谁知道呢，我想这就是食物迟迟不上的原因吧。
这两位年轻女服务员不能责怪顾客，因为她们为食物订单的延迟而向顾客深表歉意。
看到事情进展顺利，管理层不得不做出改变，这让人非常难过。
我们会再来这里吗？是的，但先看看谁在做饭。
