Plantation House Cafe的点评
点评：Visited Plantation House Cafe today for breakfast and unfortunately the experience was well below our expectations.
We ordered the hash brown stack, eggs Benedict, tropical smoothie and a coffee.
Although the staff were polite when taking our order, The waitress who brought out the meal accidentally tilted the plate to much as she placed it on the table, causing the meal to slide off the plate and into my hands as I caught it from landing in my lap. Once I’d managed to put everything I’d caught back on the plate ( it was almost upside down on the plate) she awkwardly apologised and offered to grab some napkins so I could wipe all the hollandaise sauce off my hands. She came back with two very tiny napkins which were useless and then she disappeared. After going to the bathroom to clean up I went to the counter to ask for some more napkins so I could wipe down the table as there was no follow up from the waitress or an offer to remake the meal.
To make matters worse, The poached eggs were hard and the hollandaise sauce poured on the eggs Benedict was more like water, which had soaked into the toast leaving it extremely soggy and inedible.
On a positive note the coffee and smoothie were really nice.
