Restaurante Pago de Cirsus的点评
点评：This is a lovely hotel and restaurant. My wife and I stayed here with our two sons in August 2024. The hotel was able to accommodate our request to have rooms next to one another. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent bathrooms - I was able to unwind in a hot bath with a glass of chilled rose (from the property's bodega) after a long day's drive from Barcelona. The hotel is beautifully situated and extremely peaceful.
We also dined in the restaurant, which was terrific - great cuisine with a strong and varied selection of wines, including many from the property's bodega. There is also a lovely terrace with marvelous views, on which you can take breakfast - they lay on a great spread, including free-range eggs from their own hens.
The best part of the hotel was the staff - they were all extremely welcoming and took enormous pride in their work and in ensuring that we had a comfortable stay.
There is plenty to do locally, including Senda Viva, if you have kids. In retrospect, I wish I had organized a tour of the bodega as it would have been fun to see the wine-making process in action.
I look forward to returning to Pago de Cirsus - it was a wonderful experience in every respect.
