Excellent Service but avoid Dependence
格里斯丘那酒店的点评
点评：The hotel is a good 3 star hotel. The prices are reasonable and you are 20 minutes from Savognin and St Moritz and you are next to a small ski resort at Bivio. There is enough parking outside and the rooms and the hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is plentiful and the food is good if selection is limited and the service is friendly and helpful. The sauna is small but good as was the jacuzzi. There is also a small games room for the kids.
We originally booked an apartment but it is far from the hotel and has not been renovated. The quality is more basic and Celine made a real effort to reaccomadate us in the hotel. She also gave us a discount for our inconvenience and made sure we were not over charged with our meals.
For me the high levels of customer service makes this a place worth staying at and is a good base for skiing and exploring the area.
