Just returned from a 2 week trip around Europe including Switzerland and have been to many cafes/ restaurants in that time. This is the only place which we recieved bad service.
Lady came over who offered table service and took the order. My partner gave his order and just as I was looking at the counter to show her know what I wanted she walked away. I understand there is a communication barrier but this was rude and we felt immediately like she did not want us there. I was left to then go to counter and purchase some pastries myself. At the end of our visit my partner went to pay for the food /drinks and was struggling with the card as the transaction would not go through. We found after leaving that the card had -€0.30 on than what the bill totalled. When I came over to see what was taking so long I was shocked to see the lady with her head in her hands looking quite frankly bored like she could not be bothered with the hassle. She then gave the job to one of the ladies behind the counter and vanished to which I was then easily able to sort the bill with a different card. The two ladies behind the counter were absolutely fine but the lady on table service was shocking and needs to work on her customer service. Please teach all staff manners when dealing with customers.
