点评：We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Alpe Dornach Resturant for my mother’s 70th birthday. We were a party of 16 and I didn’t know what to expect (other than what I had read on their website & here on trip adviser) when I booked a table in January for lunch on the 3rd August 2025.
Our waiter was welcoming, calm (considering we were 16 non German speakers), attentive, and thorough, who worked extremely hard to ensure that we were having a good time. For example, before we ordered he suggested that the children’s meals were served with the adult starters which worked very well with 5 little hungry mouthes to feed…
The food was excellent and fairly priced. Dishes were presented beautifully and everyone commented that their meal was delicious- the menu offered traditional German dishes with an intricate flair ( the perfect birthday menu). Whatever you do be sure you have enough appetite to taste the heavenly desserts/cake.
Surrounded by mountains, the view was spectacular & provided the ‘wow factor’ element to our special occasion, which will stay imprinted in our minds forever.
There was also an outdoor play area for children which meant our 5 could play surrounded by stunning scenery whilst waiting for their food.
I have nothing but gratitude for this magical place in the mountains. Thank you for making my mother’s 70th birthday such an unforgettable moment in time.
