点评：During our anniversary trip to Grand Cayman, my girlfriend and I were recommended this hole-in-the-wall restaurant where we could get genuine Caymanian cuisine. I am so glad we decided to go here as it was some of the best food I've ever had (and I've traveled to many different places).
I HIGHLY recommend the curry grouper, it was fantastic. My girlfriend ordered the garlic shrimp and loved it as well. If you still have room in your bellies don't pass up on the casava cake, it was absolutely delicious. To top it all off, we had a virgin pina colada from the bar next door and I must say it was one of the best and most refreshing I've had (the girl who worked at the bar was nice enough to walk over to our table to take our order). Mindy (who I believe is the owner of the restaurant) provided excellent service and was very nice. I give many thanks to her and her crew for making such incredible food.
This place deserves more recognition and I hope any of you reading this will pay a visit if you are around the area. It's kind of hard to find since the building itself does not have a sign on it but if you just put "caboose restaurant" in your GPS it should lead you there. Don't forget to make a stop at the souvenir shop that is right around the corner where a lovely lady named "Loyce" works and she is full of joy and lots of good recommendations.
