An underwhelming experience
One Paddock Currency Creek Winery的点评
点评：This was our first visit to One Paddock Winery and one that was below expectations given the reviews we had read. We opted to have a wine tasting ($5 each) and were offered 5 wines to taste. We chose a $35 bottle of wine to have with our platter. We did expect to have the tasting charge deducted as is common in other vineyards. It wasn’t. Our $41 platter consisted of three smallish wedges of very ordinary supermarket quality cheese, two meat options, again very ordinary and the prosciutto was unappealing, a handful of olives, 5 cornichons, some pickle and supermarket bought crackers.In addition, we were provided with one knife and one napkin for the three of us. I’m all for grazing and picking but a side plate, napkin and an extra knife wouldn’t go amiss. As seasoned vineyard visitors we do not class this as value for money.
