The Aspinall Arms的点评
点评：Off to the Aspinall again, haven’t been for a while, I doubt it will have changed much. Indeed so, it is still exactly the same as it has always been, main thing being that the food is still as good as ever.
I had the fish and chips ( a bit boring) but it was very tasty, Wendy had the steak burger, which was ok and Dad had the bacon chop which he polished off.
We shared the raspberry arctic slice which was very good, better than I’d anticipated, coffees all round.
Even though the weather was a bit damp for dining out the atmosphere inside was cost and warm.
Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient.
Nice touch with the glasses available for reading the menus.
Great selection of ales and wines.
Even better selection of photos and paintings lots depicting areas of the Ribbke valley and fishing related to Biles Beans remedy for constipation. Even the loos had the walls covered in pictures just to keep your mind active. Yet another restaurant that has moved back to the use of hand towels as opposed to dryers.
All in all a very great lunch at a consistently good establishment.
