Great experience would definitely use again
Magical Shuttle的点评
点评：Just wanted to leave a good review after our great experience on Magical Shuttles this last week (27/1/25).
Buses departed/arrived exactly on time as per the timetable. We caught the 1845 from CDG airport on Monday evening, it took 1hr from airport to Disney Sequoia Lodge and dropped another family off first at the Dream Castle Hotel.
Driver and other staff were very friendly. I carried my twins onto the coach while my husband put our 2 large suitcases and pushchair into the luggage compartment under the coach, and the driver carried our hand luggage bags onto the coach for us without us even asking which was very appreciated.
Driver on the way back to airport also really friendly, the bus drops off at terminal 1 as well as the 2E/2F main stop. Our driver said it would be quicker for us to get off at terminal 1 for our terminal 3 flight.
Coach on both our journeys was very modern and clean. Just one TV at the front showing Disneyland Paris adverts with no sound, so bring your own entertainment if you've got little kids. Only negative was that the coach on our first journey was very very warm.
Good communication with the office about a couple of queries prior to our holiday as well. I asked if we were ok to bring our pushchair and put under the coach with our suitcases and they said yes. I also e-mailed to ask if we needed to bring car seats for our 18-month-olds as I'd heard the car seat laws are very strict in France. They let me know that they weren't required to be in a car seat on the coach and could travel on our laps. Another thing I asked about was that I hadn't received our e-ticket, but they let me know they are sent out 10 days before your trip.
I would definitely recommend Magical Shuttles and will probably use again while our kids are young as much easier for us all than going to Disneyland on the train and way cheaper than a private transfer.
