勒吉斯波特斯庄园酒店的点评
点评：Just under an hour’s drive from the ferry terminal at St-Malo is a hidden gem, a beautiful traditional granite Breton Manoir nestled between an orchard, lake, and oak trees, located on the edge of the sleepy village of La Poterie. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by the owner, Emmanuel, and his friendly dog. Our room was clean and pleasant, with views across the Manoir’s mature, and magnificently manicured gardens, and wonderful wooded surrounding countryside, and lake. The breakfast is plentiful, and the evening meal in the restaurant is a triumph, exquisitely cooked and beautifully presented by the Manoir’s highly-skilled chef, all from locally-sourced authentic Breton ingredients (try the set-menu ‘’Trio ‘’aux saveurs ‘’ Terroir’’), served in the restaurant by Emmanuel himself, in his own artistic style. In short: beautiful location, welcome and relaxed atmosphere, comfortable and clean rooms, impeccable service, and good value for money.
