点评：Disappointing meal experience. We asked the greeter on arrival if we could sit somewhere quiet and he sort of shook his head and said our table was out of the way anyway. We were seated one table away from the kitchen open hatch (this ended up sending our toddler absolutely spare watching all the food but his come out, more on this later) in a very busy area of the restaurant despite it looking like there was plenty of quieter seating elsewhere.
The first three main meals I asked to order were already sold out (at 6.30pm on a Tuesday). We only ordered mains but these took 45 mins to arrive. When we asked if we could have a timing update we were told they were just getting started on them so it’d be another 5-10 mins (it was 10). During this whole time we weren’t asked if we wanted to order any more drinks after our first drink. Came to order the rainbow ice lolly for our toddler for pudding and guess what… not available.
The lamb shank shepherds pie my husband had was very tasty (although on the small side for the price). The decor of the place was impressive and the children’s indoor play area very nice. But that’s all that impressed us. Needless to say we asked for the added gratuity to be removed from our bill.
