点评：Last night’s dinner at Novikov was truly an unforgettable experience.
It began with a warm welcome and the best table in the front row, offering a perfect view of the vibrant port – a spectacular setting to start the evening. The aperitif recommendation was absolutely delicious and set the tone for what followed.
The starter and main courses – beef fillet and black cod – were simply outstanding. A genuine taste of fusion cuisine at its finest: pure, balanced, and full of character.
Dessert was the perfect finale, served just as guests were beginning to leave, adding a touch of elegance to the entire experience. Both the Oops! and the exotic fruit plate were not only delicious but also artfully composed.
Our drinks – a fine wine and an exquisite matcha liqueur – brought everything together, enhancing the evening even more.
A special thank you to the team for the attentive and thoughtful service, especially for supporting my husband given his limited mobility. Your kindness and care did not go unnoticed.
