点评：Located on the main Corso in the center of Orvieto, you could easily walk right on by, missing the delights hidden inside. From the street, it looks like a small run-of-the-mill deli. But tucked away in the back are 2 floors of dining room!
We stopped in one evening around 6 pm for some charcuterie and wine, before heading to our dinner reservations at 8 pm at another restaurant. While the charcuterie and cheeses were excellent, we noticed the full-service dinner menu, and we made a point to return another evening just for dinner. We were not disappointed!
Their onmbrichelli and tagliatelle pasta is fresh made. The wild boar (cinghiale) was outstanding. And my son-in-law ordered the stinco, which is a pork shank with meat so perfectly cooked that it practically falls off the bone. Order a bottle of Montefalcone wine for $4 eu, and you're good to go! Best off all, this was by far the best value in Orvieto in terms of quality of food for the price.
