点评：We heard of this restaurant through a Dutch tv-show before it landed its first Michelin star. After that we started following the chefs on social media, which for us foodies created a very hungry anticipation!
When we decided to travel southern Italy this year, we just had to visit Lecce and come eat at Bros. Needless to say our expectations where very high! We have eaten in different Michelin restaurants before and I had worked for a 2-star Michelin as well, but with Bros we were just blown away!
The service staff not only our up a magic show with their swift and knowledgeable service, but also in the kitchen some real magic happens! The 20 courses displayed high levels of flavors and the utter most passionate and creative dishes I had ever seen and tasted! They’re all small courses, but you are fully satisfied towards the end.
The sommelier did very good as well, all my compliments to the entire highly qualified staff of Floriano and Isabella!
Will recommend you highly! Till next time! 🙏
