点评：We spent a fantastic week at Arathena Rocks. The hotel is well placed for some lovely walks, fantastic scenery, very accessible but tucked away so a nice quiet environment but with access to nightlife with a short easy walk. The room was large and very clean, large comfortable bed with ensuite and a private patio with view of the sea and Etna (room on side of property). This gave part sun but also shade in heat of the day. We were half board. The breakfast was mix of hot and cold buffet, good quality and fresh. You csn squeeze your own orange juice. Tangy and delicious! The evenings meal starts with unlimited homemade soup, and range of salads. Then two courses, usually involving fish, pasta, pork. We enjoyed almost all of them. Then a sweet of Italian cake or pannacota.
We were delighted to find, when we arrived very late on the first day, Manuela had organised a cold plate for us, unexpected, so we didn't go to bed hungry. She has been an excellent help during our stay. Lastly, Pietro, who waits on, is smashing. He cannot do enough to help, works extremely hard but always has a smile and friendly greeting, plus good local advice. We couldn't ask for any more from a holiday.
