点评：Sono rimasto molto deluso dalla mia recente esperienza in questo ristorante. Il servizio sembrava cortese inizialmente, ma si è rivelato poco trasparente su un aspetto molto importante: il prezzo.
Abbiamo ordinato due calici di vino, che ci sono stati proposti senza alcuna indicazione del costo. Con grande sorpresa, ci siamo poi ritrovati in conto ben 55€ a calice, per un totale di 110€, senza che il prezzo fosse mai comunicato né indicato nel menù.
Trovo questo comportamento scorretto e poco professionale. Il cliente ha il diritto di conoscere i prezzi prima di ordinare, soprattutto quando si tratta di cifre così elevate.
Questa mancanza di trasparenza rovina completamente l’esperienza, a prescindere dalla qualità del cibo o del vino.
Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. Beyond the complete lack of price transparency — we were charged €55 per glass for two glasses of wine without any prior notice or mention on the menu — I also noticed a troubling attitude from the staff.
Throughout the evening, it was clear that preferential treatment was given to wealthy or “regular” clients, with smiles, extra attention, and courtesy, while other guests were treated with indifference and barely acknowledged. A true fine dining establishment should offer respect and care to every guest, regardless of appearance or economic status.
Any restaurant that aspires to be high-end should distinguish itself through honesty, professionalism, and inclusivity — unfortunately, that was not the case here.
I will not return and cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, respectful, and transparent dining experience.
