点评：A FANTASTIC TIME! My friend and I stayed here for five days and the service was nothing short of impeccable. Reception were friendly and always ready to help wherever they could. The bar staff were attentive and remembered the drinks we liked to order very quickly making the experience feel special. The cleaning lady was so efficient and thorough. She even arranged my shoes; folded my clothes; hung my jacket; arranged my rings; always kept us stocked on anything we could need! The serving staff were so friendly, generous and just so much fun! Francesco, the manager, was amazing! He always checked in with us daily and was so friendly. We found a stray cat that we wanted to return to Italy for so we could adopt him and Francesco was so helpful with the process. To the extent he came with us to where our cat was and promised to keep an eye on him while we were gone. Overall the levels of effort the staff went to here was beyond exceptional and we will definitely return! From Rhiannon and Emily!
