点评:This is a fairly new place run by a young Canadian Indian woman. She aims to offer globally inspired food in a calm, sophisticated ambiance. The furnishings are sleek and the decor tasteful.
As vegetarians we found the menu choices a bit limited, so we plumped for two dishes from one of our favourite cuisines: raw papaya salad, and green Thai curry served with rice. The salad was not authentic at all, but quite tasty. I suppose som tum just served only as an inspiration for this dish. The green vegetable curry was very, very green but very good, if a little soupy. We only had fresh lemon soda to drink, which was well made. They do offer a few good cocktails.
Service was a little hesitant but willing. Our bill was just under INR800, about normal for this type of food in Goa.
We had a chat with the owner who is very keen to make a success of her restaurant, and to get constructive feedback from her customers. I wish her all the best, but fear the location is not right for the type of place she envisages. We were the only guests there that evening, but give it a try.
