点评：We had been to La Cucina before about two years ago, and enjoyed our visit. Again, we were warmly welcomed.
The restaurant was just as we remembered it, with the same menu, except that they had added a range of Middle Eastern mezze and hummus dishes. Prices had inevitably gone up, but not outrageously so.
I think we almost replicated our previous meal. We shared one of the larger pizzas (I think they offer three sizes), a ‘spice lovers special’ which was very spicy and very tasty indeed. Accompanied by a rucula salad it was a satisfying meal for us both. Instead of choosing wine or one of their tempting cocktails we had one of their homemade lemonade, not to sweet and very refreshing. This time we did try their desserts - a tiramisu which was nice but not special, and a New York Cheese cake which actually tasted a lot better than it looked and was very yummy.
Service was attentive and pleasant without being intrusive. By the time the various taxes and a modest 5pc service charge had been added the total bill was INR2350.
We had hoped to go back for some hummus, but never got around to it. Something to look forward to during our next trip to Morjim.
