点评：I recently stayed at the Hilton La Défense for a short three-day business trip and had the pleasure of having breakfast at the Muse restaurant. It was a great way to start my day, offering a wide selection of both sweet and savory options, all of excellent quality—especially the cheesecake, which stood out.
The service was exceptional, and I believe much of the credit goes to the manager, Franck. A special mention to Mr. Aurelien, who provided continuous, personalized service throughout my visits. He welcomed me and my colleagues with a genuine smile and attended to our table with remarkable attention to detail. His enthusiasm and insightful recommendations—particularly about the cheesecake—were much appreciated. His professionalism and warmth perfectly reflected the Hilton brand’s high standards.
I highly recommend the Muse restaurant for anyone staying at the Hilton La Défense.
